Hi Linda, thank you for your reply, I did eventually manage to order online at about 8.30pm last night, I'd been trying since late afternoon the previous day and had kept signing, at one point I even tried to open a new account! nothing worked until last night, randomly it did ... I just need the £7 postage refund to be issued now! I look forward to the wool arriving and thank you for your help.
