I had the same problem with an order placed on Saturday 6th - no email from Sage Pay confirming the order. However, I found it later in the Spam folder within gmail (I use a google email address). I assume that Sage Pay must have changed something in their email address which has caused google to think it is Spam!
Suggest that people having this problem recently check the Spam folders within their Internet Service Providers webmail site.
