The website still isn't working! It isn't the first time I've had problems ordering. I'm surprised they are still in business!

Hi, I think the reason these problems are happening is because sometimes people use the back button once they have gone to checkout. Once you go to checkout you cannot change your order as you are then directed to the secure banking site where you pay. Linda couldn't this problem be corrected please? Just needs a re-jig of your setting up.
