Hello I wonder if someone as an email address for the company , I've tried phoning but no answer I placed an order over a week ago will sadly hasn't arrived yet 😔

Hi Lacey. If you go to home page then click on site information, then contact details an e mail form will pop up. I'm surprised no one is answering the phone as Kemps are usually very good. Hope this helps. Janine

Hi, we have tried ringing you unsuccessfully but I have sent you an email yesterday. I cannot understand how you could not get through to the shop but I will be in from 9 - 5 today if you wanted to try again. Linda
