When i go to pay at checkout i get a error page before i even add any infomation saying transaction failed. How can i place my order?

I have had exactly the same problem this morning. In the end I rang them up but they weren't very helpful. Just told me to keep trying and if I wasn't successful to ring back after 1.30pm as they don't do telephone orders before then!

hi this is barry from kemps I have been onto sage pay and I am the second person to phone with this problem to day. They tried to place order on our site and they had same error.Sage admit something has happoned at their end and are looking into it as a matter of urgency

This is still happening have been trying to place and order with you now for a while and just always get the error the message
