I am now very concerned that I am not going to receive the order that I placed on 7th OCTOBER-there has been no contact regarding this,since 16th October .Also,there are no longer any posts on the Facebook page.
I will have to try to get a refund through my credit card company if I don't hear anything by the end of the week.

They definitely are, I've had at least three orders delivered this month. No problem at all! Just phone them to sort it out.
