hi i had my wool order the end of November. Because it being never Christmas i have only just checked the order .I am four balls of style craft chunky special cream 1005 missing from my order. i order 6 balls and only got 2 balls. i was charged for all 6 balls. So can you send them with the outstanding order that i am waiting for thanking you Maggie
